Sip and sit down with us for our Wine & Dine members-only Sunday Supper that always begins with a toast of true Champagne followed by a guided introduction to six exclusive wines over three paired family-style courses catered by local chefs. This is not your typical Sunday Supper; this is a guided gourmet wine and food experience where you will have the opportunity to sip, discuss, and 'try before you buy' wines we've hand-selected and paired - these are not wines that we feature during our store tastings, nor do we keep them in stock due to their exclusivity. They are wines rarely presented because of their low inventory, small production, and special allocations. You'll have exclusive access to place your wine pre-order during/after dinner only, and then we'll hand-deliver your wines to you in St. Pete when they arrive, or you can pick them up at our shop. We hope to make our Sit & Sip Sunday Supper a monthly community dinner of intentional wine collectors, and we allow our Wine & Dine members to optionally bring one bottle of wine from their personal collection to share and enjoy with dinner.

Inaugural Sip & Sit Sunday Supper Menu - date tba

Greet of Champagne, followed by one White & one Red Wine pairing per course
1st Course: Salad Niçoise
tuna filet, baby potatoes, garden tomatoes, pickled green beans, hard-boiled eggs, and black olives on a bed of local greens, served with classic vinaigrette
2nd Course: Boeuf Bourguignon 
slow-cooked tender beef filet in a classic red-wine jus with baby potatoes, onions, and carrots 
3rd Course: Clafoutis & Frommage
seasonal fruit tart served with vanilla ice cream
selection of french cheeses served with crostini, fig mostarda, and fresh fruit

Wine & Dine Memberships are solo or duo, billed monthly, not recurring. 

Wine & Dine Memberships are $20/21+ adult per month, billed monthly on the day you sign up - we will email you a link each month so that you can make changes to your membership, if needed. Our Sip & Sit Sunday Suppers are priced individually based on cost of presented wines and food.
