Similar to how you exercise your body, Adult Therapy's Creative Workshops are designed to exercise and relax your mind and nourish your inner child so that you can recharge, reconnect and 'adult' in everyday life - with or without wine.
Glass of Life offers stained-glass classes for adults interested in learning a new artistic skill, make-and-take workshops for curious dabblers, and studio time for alumni who've caught the bug and want more time to work on more glass projects without financially investing in a home studio.
Together, we offer fun, guided workshops, wine tastings and pop-up events with an option to add catered wine & food packages for groups and adults interested in learning a new, creative skill in a relaxed, supportive environment.

We require advanced purchase to attend our Workshops, Wine Tastings & Events because we are a shared studio-shop space and our studio students would love to use the workshop tables if we aren't.

Halloween Hat Workshop
on Saturday, Oct 18th beginning at 3pm
Halloween Spooky Sip & Solder
A spooky Halloween Sip & Solder Workshop & Wine Tasting on Fri, Oct 31st beginning at 6pm - book in groups of two minimum - costumes encourage - we will have tricks & treats for adults!
Our DIY Workshops will resume in November!
Chef Raymond will be teaching two DIY Workshops to get you ready for the holidays:
Sat, Nov 1st @ 3pm: Learn how to make three of France's most popular Compound Butters
Sat, Nov 15th @ 3pm: Learn how to make Gravlax, aka cured salmon
