PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE WINE TASTINGS, WORKSHOPS & EVENTS FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN SIX ADULTS

Looking for something cool and unique to do with your group?

Look no further! We offer unique Private and Semi-Private Group Packages at Adult Therapy at Glass of Life.
We close our shop and studio for Private Parties - which costs more per person to host since we lose business to close privately during your event - or we offer Semi-Private Parties also, which allows us to keep our wine shop open, however we close our studio workshops and classes to focus on your group solely.​
If there are less than six adults in your group, please book your glass class or workshop together to be considered one party and we will make sure to seat you all together.

Group Packages we currently offer for parties of more than six {6} adults:

  • Sip & Solder Workshop for Teams & Groups of 6 - 12 | $125 plus tax per adult, limit of 12 adults per workshop, by appointment only | require minimum of two-day advanced notice for Groups
  • Private Wine Tastings & Socials for Teams & Groups of 6 - 30 | Starting at $30 plus tax per adult
  • ​Make & Take Suncatcher Workshop for Teams & Groups of 6 - 12 | $75 plus tax per adult - workshop & supplies only, no wine or food packages {otherwise refer to our Sip & Solder Workshop}​

What's next? How do I book an event for my group? What is the process?

1st: Fill out the Group Request Form here and we will respond with a quote or more questions to prepare your quote, depending on your requests.
2nd: Once we've received all necessary information, we will email you - as the Host - an Event Proposal, which includes our booking, payment, and event cancellation terms, as well as important event information for you and your group. We require 50% deposit to hold your date/event, once you confirm that you approve the Event Proposal, and we block that time off specifically for you.
3rd: Once you approve the Event Proposal, we will email you an invoice for 50% deposit. We will hold your event date/time for you for three days. Once we receive your deposit payment, we will finalize menu and event details and address any decor requests so that you can rest assured that your event will be successful before you arrive.
4th: A week before your Event is scheduled, we will email you an invoice for the final 50% payment, and this is when we will also request any head count changes and address any last-minute requests/changes with you. We require full payment three days before your Event is scheduled.
Note: If we do not receive full payment before your Event Day, we will be forced to assume you are canceling your Event and forfeiting your deposit. We offer a full refund of your deposit if you cancel before your final payment is due. If you do not cancel with proper advanced notice, we reserve the right to keep your deposit to make up for the loss of business due to blocking our Workshops and Classes for your Event.
5th: Day of Event - please arrive one hour to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled event time to decorate if you'd like, otherwise we will have everything ready for you and your group as everyone arrives at your scheduled time.

You and your group have access to shop our shop during your event, and all attendees receive 15% off wine and retail/gift shop purchases during your event.

Food & Wine Packages for your Group

We partner with local chefs, restaurants, and caterers to bring our favorite bites to you and your guests to enjoy while you craft during a workshop or special event at our studio-shop.

Catered Food Packages 
start at $35/person, with a six-person minimum. We refer to the food station as a "Grazing Board" since we display the catered food and curated wines at a separate table from where your group will be working.
Our Wine Packages start at $35/person, with a six-adult minimum for Groups. Depending on the experience you've requested, we can present wines in a guided tasting format and present food and wine pairings in a coursed-out presentation, or we can set up wines with tasting notes and pairing suggestions with the food to allow guests to pour and serve themselves casually as they work on their project.
We will determine your presentation preferences during the planning phase, as well as wine and food preferences, before we finalize your Event with you.

We offer the following Grazing Board options currently:
  • Cheese & Charcuterie - we take your guests around the world of cheese & charcuterie and include all the goodies that make every bite delicious
  • Mediterranean Deck - we're taking you and your guests sailing along the Mediterranean coast without leaving St. Pete with our smorgasbord of Italian, Spanish, Moroccan, and Greek-inspired bites
  • French Fête - our version of a Parisian party with classic French hors d'oeuvres served on elegant platters
  • Spanish Caravan - our "Pinxto Party" will wow everyone with their bite-size flavor and fun presentation
  • Italian Aperitivo - imagine every tasty Italian sandwich you've enjoyed in mini "Cicchetti" form with antipasti
